The Educational and Research Training Collaborative is a group of faculty mentors who are engaged in a long-term, intensive, research mentoring and training experience with undergraduate researchers at UIC.  Our goal is to provide undergraduate students with a rigorous introduction to the practice of research in scientific, engineering, mathematical and computational/information technology fields and to contribute to a vibrant undergraduate student research community at UIC.

We are funded by the US Department of Defense through the National Defense Education Program.
